干细胞生物特性及其应用 被引量:4

摘要 近年来人们对干细胞的认识逐渐增加,当知道干细胞具有独特的分化潜能,能治愈组织难以自愈的创伤,能治疗临床上难以治愈的疾病,甚至可以使人返老还童,让青春永驻时,人们便开始企盼着干细胞时代的到来。本文就干细胞近年来在其生物学特性及应用方面进展做一综述。
