摘要
介绍了超大模数齿轮齿条的特点及应用,分析了影响火焰切割质量的主要因素。着重阐述了国内外数控火焰精密切割超大模数齿轮齿条技术的研究现状及其亟待解决的问题,根据我国在该领域的现有技术状况,提出采用实验研究、理论分析和有限元模拟等相结合的方法,并借助先进的测试手段获取相关基础数据,为实现数控火焰精密切割超大模数齿轮齿条及其它零件提供可靠依据。
The characteristics and application of the super-modulus gear and rack were introduced. The main factors that affect the quality of flame cutting were analyzed. Present situation of the precision forming technology of NC flame cutting at home and abroad and its main problems to be solved urgently were described. Based on the related domestic technology, several opinions that would be helpful to the development of the NC flame precision cutting technology were put forward.
