摘要
通过对普通山海关杨、新山海关杨扦插成活率、外部形态特征(新梢、叶、根)、生理生化指标(叶绿素、还原糖、蛋白质含量及转氨酶、硝酸还原酶、过氧化物酶活性)的测定分析对比研究,各指标皆表现出程度不同的差异。新山海关杨的扦插成活率比普通山海关杨高出16.25%;二者比较发根数目相差不显著,但新山海关杨的单株根系总长为45.4 cm,显著高于普通山海关杨;至5月20日,新山海关杨的新梢长度达24.255 cm,而普通山海关杨只有9.420 cm,生长速度明显低于新山海关杨;从生理指标看,新山海关杨光合色素含量和还原糖含量均高于普通山海关杨,蛋白质含量、硝酸还原酶和转氨酶活性也高于普通山海关杨,说明前者碳、氮代谢能力高于后者,这是其速生性的物质基础;单位干重的根系活力是普通山海关杨比新山海关杨高,但考虑到根系总长,则后者的根系吸收能力明显高于前者;从过氧化物酶活性看,普通山海关杨高于新山海关杨,这与其速生性也是吻合的。
1-year matured shoots of Populus canadensis Moench cv. ‘Shanhaiguanensis' (the old) and new Shanhaiguan poplar variety (the new) were respectively collected and stored in sand after defoliation at the fall, and were planted at the spring in next year for comparative test. The compared items included morphologic characters (new shoot, leaf, root) and biophysiological and biochemical specialties (chlorophyll, reductive sugar and protein content and activities of amine transferase, nitrate reductase, peroxidase). The results suggested that there were some significant differences between two materials. Roots the surviving ratio of the new poplar was higher (96.25%) than the old (80%), and the total root length was longer (45.4 cm) than the old (28. 515 cm). Shoots the growth rate of the twins' new shoots also behaved great difference. To May 20th, (50 days after cutting), the length of shoots of the new was 24. 255 cm, but the old only 9. 42 cm. Biophysiological-chemical indices: whether in photosynthesis pattern (photosynthetic pigment content, reduced sugar content) or in nitrogen metabolism (protein content, nitrate reductase and amine transferase activity), the new were more excellent than the old.
