摘要
对贵州芭蕉芋种质资源、栽培品种、种植模式、栽培技术、产量情况及加工利用现状等进行了调查。结果表明:贵州芭蕉芋按花色分有红花种和黄花种,种植模式有间(套)种植和芭蕉芋单独种植,产量以单独种植较高。并分析了贵州芭蕉芋生产和加工中存在的问题和不足,提出了贵州芭蕉芋生产及产业化发展相应的对策和建议。
The results from investigating germplasm resources, cultivation varieties, planting pattern, cultivation techniques, output and utilization of Canna edulis Ker in Guizhou, showed that there were red and yellow species according to its flower color, two planting patterns of intercropping and single culture, and the high yield could be obtained under the single culture condition. The paper puts forward relative countermeasures for its production and industrial development based on analyzing the problems in its production and processing in Guizhou.
