摘要
农村职业教育与农民培训的目的是提高农村劳动者素质,提高其农业生产的科学水平和促进农村劳动力转移就业。贵州省农村职业教育与农民培训已经不适应社会主义新农村建设的需要。对贵州省农村职业教育与农民培训的现状、存在的问题进行分析,提出了贵州农村职业教育与农民培训的几点建议。
The aim of rural vocational education and farmer training is to enhance the quality of rural labourers and scientific level of agricultural production and to promote transfer of rural labourers. The paper puts forward some suggestions for rural vocational education and farmer training by analyzing the situation and problems in rural vocational education and farmer training in Guizhou.
