摘要
目的分析闭合性跟腱断裂手术治疗的疗效。方法对11例闭合性跟腱断裂患者行手术治疗,术后随访1-4年,观察疗效,分析其并发症发生的原因。结果按Arner-Lindholm疗效评定标准,本组7例新鲜跟腱断裂患者术后优5例,良1例,差1例;4例陈旧断裂患者,优3例,良1例;总优良率为91%。切口并发症发生2例,均为新鲜跟腱断裂采用后正中切口的患者。结论对新鲜跟腱断裂采用断端直接吻合,陈旧性跟腱断裂采用倒V-Y腱成形术,可获得满意效果;恰当的切口选择和正确的手术操作,是避免切口并发症发生的关键。
Objective To analyze the surgical effects of closed achilles tendons rupture. Methods Total 11 patients with closed achilles tendons rupture were treated surgically and followed up for 1 - 4 years. The treatments effects were observed. Results By Arner - Lindholm method, among 7 new rupture cases, 5 cases had the excellent results, 1 case had the good results, 1 case had poor results. Among 4 old rupture cases, 3 cases had the excellent results, 1 case had the good results. The total excellent and good rate was 91%. 2 new rupture cases with the posterior median inci- sion occured the cut complication after surgery. Conclusion The achilles tendons anastomose and V - Y tendoplasty could achieve a good result for new and old rupture. Appropriate approach choice and precise operative procedure can reduce the complication.
