摘要
因城市空间发展的不足而引发的一系列城市问题,已引起社会各界的普遍关注。转变城市空间发展模式,促进城市社会经济发展,是解决城市空间发展问题的主要途径。城市空间发展模式由单核向多核的演变,使轨道交通建设显得更为必要。通过对昆明市城市发展空间的研究,指出轨道交通建设为促进功能不完善、产业结构不合理的环湖小城镇的升级,实现昆明"一湖四片"空间发展模式转变的规划目标提供了可能。提出城市发展模式转变后轨道交通建设的必要性,它能够给城市带来若干利益,不但能够促进主城与卫星城、多个组团、多核心之间的交通联系,同时也能够刺激组团内部、卫星城的经济发展,建设轨道交通是支撑城市空间模式转变的有效途径。
Urban developing space insufficiency, which may result in a series of urban problems, has attracted the public concern. Transforming the urban space developing model can enhance urban socio-economic development and it is also the main solution to the problem of the urban space development. The evolution of the single-core urban developing patterns to multi-core ones highlights the necessity of rail transit construction. Through the research on the urban developing space for Kunming city, this paper points out that rail transit construction can provide the possibility for promoting the city＇ s development and realizing the planning goal of one lake and four districts developing model. A proposal has been put forward for the around-lake rail construction which has provided a powerful support for the government to make decisions. The necessity of rail transit construction is obvious after transformation of urban development model. It will bring about benefits to the city, enhance the communication between the metropolitan city and satellite cities and stimulate the economic development of the main city and satellite cities.
