广西德保和凤山黑糯米中微量元素的测定 被引量:2

Determination of trace elements in black glutinous rice from Debao and Fengshan of Guangxi

摘要 采用原子吸收分光光度法测定广西德保产及凤山产黑糯米中的Zn、Cu、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cd、Pb、Cr、Na、K、Rb、Li、Sr、Ca、Mg、Se、Se等18种微量元素,发现其中的锌、锰、铁、钠、钾、铯、钙、镁等微量元素含量均较高,两地产黑糯米中的锰、铁、钾、钙、镁的含量差异无显著性(P>0.05),锌和锂的含量差异有显著性(P<0.05),铜、钴、镍、镉、铅、铬、钠、铯、锶、钼、硒的含量差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。此结果表明:黑糯米中含有丰富的人体必需微量元素,提示德保、凤山两地产黑糯米作为天然营养补充物质,具有极高的营养价值。 ighteen trace elements such as Zn, Cu, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cd, Pb, Cr, Na, K, Rb, Li, Sr, Ca, Mg, Mo, and Se were determined in black glutinous rice produced in Debao and Fengshan of Guangxi, with atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS). It was found that the contents of Zn, Mn, Fe, Na, K, Rb, Ca and Mg were comparatively higher and the there was not significant difference between contents of Mn, Fe, K,Ca and Mg in black glutinous rice produced in both places(P>0.05) but the difference was significant between the contents of Zn and Li(P<0.05) and highly significant in contents of Cu, Co, Ni, Cd, Pd, Cr, Na, Rb, Sr, Mo and Se(P<0.01). Results showed that the black glutinous rice produced in both places are rich in the trace elements necessary for the human body. It is suggested that it is of great nutritive value and can be used as natural tonic nutritional material. 
