摘要
目的:探索护士分层次管理模式下的护理交接班形式和质量管理方法。方法:在医院对护理人员实施护理组长,高级、初级责任护士,护士助理不同层次的使用和管理,对交接班时间、形式和内容进行改革,通过护理组长负责制,实现对护理交接班质量的控制和管理。结果:明确了不同层级护士在交接班活动中的责任;发挥了护理组长在交接班活动中的骨干作用;促进了低年资护士专业素质的提高和护士群体良好习惯的养成。结论:规范交接班流程和指引,充分发挥护理组长在交接班活动中的作用,可以保证护士分层次管理模式下的交接班质量,提高了护士整体素质。
Objective: To explore the process and quality management of hand-over system under Nurse Grading Management model. Method: All of the hospital nurses were divided into four different classes, which were Nurse Group Leader, Senior Primary Nurse, Junior Primary Nurse and Nurse Assistant. The time, formality and content of hand-over process were reformed under this nurse grading model. Nurse Group Leader were responsible for the quality control and management of hand-over activities. Results: The responsibilities of nurses in different classes were clarified, Nurse Group Leader played important roles in hand-over activities. Low level nurses also can get training on specialty development, And the right learning habit was easily formed in whole nurse team. Conclusion: The standardization of hand-over process which included implementing the work-flow, guideline of this activity and ensuring the critical roles of Nurse Group Leader, can ensure the quality of hand-over process under Nurse Grading Management model and improve the nurse team professional development.
