摘要
大型工程承包施工中,因受工程规模、项目实施环境、立约各方履行合同情况等多方面因素的影响,经常发生工期延误问题。针对FIDIC施工合同条件下因工期延误而导致的赶工事实,分析了因非承包商原因引起的工期延误及由此产生的不完全顺延工期赶工索赔的特点,提出了FIDIC施工合同条件下不完全顺延工期赶工索赔的处理程序及方法。
Period delay often occurs in construction of large-scale projects owing to the influence of their scale,implementation environment and contractors' performance,etc.With regard to the cases of hurry work because of the period delay under the FIDIC contract conditions,the period delay aroused by non-contractors and the characteristics of the resulted claims for hurry work of incomplete construction period delay were analyzed.The corresponding procedures and methods of claims for hurry work of incomplete construction period delay under FIDIC contract conditions were put forward.
