摘要
目的观察双黄连注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将70例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用头孢曲松钠、止咳化痰药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用双黄连注射液。结果对照组总有效率89%,治疗组总有效率94%,2组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论双黄连注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗慢性支气管炎疗效不显著。
Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Shuanghuanglian injection combined with ceftriaxone on chronic bronchitis. Methods 70 cases of patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group had 35 cases. Control group was given ceftriaxone and drugs which can relieve cough and reduce sputum, and the treatment group was added with Shuanghuanglian injection on the basis of treatment above. Results The total effective rate in control group was 89 %, and that in treatment group was 94 %. There was no significant difference in the rate between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Shuanghuanglian injection combined with ceftriaxone on chronic bronchitis is not significant.
