摘要
[目的]测定锦州市淡水鱼中铅的含量。[方法]使用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定淡水鱼中铅的含量。[结果]结果表明,白鱼、鲫鱼、鲇鱼、花鲢和鲤鱼的含量未超标;黑鱼、白鲢中铅的含量超标。[结论]该研究为食品质量控制提供依据。
[ Objective ] The purpose was to determine the lead content of freshwater fish in Jinzhou City. [ Method ] The graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the lead content of freshwater fish. [ Result ] The results indicated that the lead content in whitefish, crucian carp, catfish, bighead carp and carp was not exceeding standard; while the content in snakehead and silver carp was secure. [ Conclusion ] This research will provide the references for foodstuff quality control.
