摘要
超导高梯度磁分离污水处理是一种新型的污水处理技术。采用超导磁体和经过表面有机改性的铁磁性颗粒为"磁种"与污水中非磁性有害物质絮接,通过强磁场分离COD值降到78 mg/L,污水净化效果良好。讨论了利用等离子体聚合薄膜制备具有强捕捉能力的磁性粒子工艺。
Superconducting magnetic separation is a new method to separate the nonmagnetic contaminants in the wastewater by using a magnetic seeding technique. Superconducting magnetic separation for purifying wastewater was presented which was compact in volume and effective in treatment. The results indicate the chemical oxygen demand (COD) can be reduced to 78 mg/L after magnetic separation. Through the analysis on the principle of magnetic separation, some factors to enhance magnetic fields and purifying efficiency as well as the preparation of magnetic seeds were discussed in detail.
