基于CAN总线电子产品批量测试平台构建

摘要 本文构建了一种基于CAN总线技术的电子产品批量自动测试平台,通过该平台可以利用总线技术自动完成电子产品的检测。其核心是在CAN总线之上附加一种自动节点探测算法,这种探测算法将CAN总线节点分为主节点和从节点,主节点将自动检测从节点,并对其进行标示。从节点在获得标示号后将自动与主节点进行测试信息交互,从而完成每个从节点上电子产品的检测。 A test platform of electronic products which based on the CAN bus technology was constructed in this paper. As the bus technology used, this platform implemented the electronic products test automatically. The key technology was the detection algorithm of auto node which added to the CAN bus. This algorithm divided the node of CAN bus into main node and sub-node. The main node would auto detect the sub-node, and mark it. Then the test information would be exchanged between sub-node and main node after the sub-node was marked, and the detection of the electronic products will be performed.
