摘要
用自行研制的小型流化床试验装置对松木屑进行了快速热解试验,考察了温度、流化气体流量和进料速率对热解产物产率分布的影响。结果表明,反应温度对松木屑的热解产物分布有很大影响,流化气体流量和进料速率对产物产率也有一定影响。在试验的参数范围内,随温度、流化气体流量和进料速率的增加,生物油产率先增加后降低。在温度为475℃、流化气体流量为3.50m3/h、进料速率为1.78kg/h时,生物油产率最高达58.83wt%。
Experiments on fast pyrolysis of pine sawdust were performed in an autonomous designed fluidized bed reactor. The effects of process conditions, like reactor temperature, fluidized gas flux and biomass feeding rate on the product yields were studied. Temperature is the most important factor for the product yields, and the fluidized gas flux and biomass ture, feeding rates have effects on product yields as well. At the range of operating parameters, with increasing temperafluidized gas flux and biomass feed rate, the yields of bio - oil increased to maximum and then went down. The highest liquid yield of 58.83 wt% was obtained at 475℃ with fluidized gas flux of 3.5m^3/h under biomass feeding rate of 1.78kg/h.
