用本构关系及有限元法研究高温管道剩余寿命 被引量:2

A Study of Residual Life for the High Temperature Tube by Constitutive Relationship and Finite Element Method

摘要 以辐射加热炉PG2032高温合金离心铸管为例,用试验得到的高温蠕变与损伤演变的本构关系,通过有限元分析计算模型给出了在工况条件下高温管道临界损伤随服役时间的变化规律。这一结论可以与在役高温管的无损检测结果相比较,在此基础上能够较为准确地推断出在役高温管道的剩余寿命。 For the tube operated at elevated temperature,the variations of critical damage with service time are obtained in light of the constitutive relationshops taken from the creep and rupture test data,as well as analysis model of the finite element mothod.The radiant heating furnace PG2032 centrifugally casting alloy tube taken for an example is discussed in this paper.The acquired result of damage development can be compared with the result of nondestructive inspection,therefore,predicting residual life of the tube can be more accurate.
