摘要
研究电磁搅拌频率、合金冷却速率对AZ91D合金组织及性能的影响。试验结果表明,冷却速率为2.0℃/s时,电磁搅拌频率大于20 Hz的电磁搅拌工艺可制备出初生α-Mg相尺寸小于80μm、形状因子大于0.8的AZ91D合金;电磁搅拌频率大于20 Hz时,电磁搅拌频率对初生α-Mg相尺寸影响甚微,但形状因子随频率的增加而增大。在冷却速率大与搅拌频率高的条件下,电磁搅拌工艺制备AZ91D合金的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能均有所提高。
The influence of electromagnetic stirring frequency and cooling rate on the microstructure and properties of AZ91D alloy is investigated. The results indicate that the AZ91D alloy with the primary grain (α-Mg) with sizes of less than 80 um and shape factors of more than 0. 8, are prepared by the electromagnetic stirring process at the cooling rate of 2.0 ℃/s and the electromagnetic stirring frequency of above 20 Hz. When the frequency is more than 20 Hz, the electromagnetic stirring has less effect on the grain size of a-Mg, while the shape factor increases with the electromagnetic stirring frequency. In the conditions of high cooling rate and high electromagnetic stirring frequency, the electromagnetic stirring processing improves the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
