2004年、2007年山东省暴发点分离的流行性腮腺炎病毒株SH基因序列分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Genotype of MuV Strain Circulating in Shandong Province

摘要 [目的]探讨山东省流行性腮腺炎病毒(MuV)流行株的基因型分布及变异情况。[方法]2004年、2007年,分别从1个流行性腮腺炎暴发点中,采集疑似病例血清标本进行实验室早期诊断,同时采集患者腺管分泌液进行病毒分离,并将分离的病毒株进行SH基因序列分析。[结果]2004年(2株)、2007年(3株)分离的5株MuV野毒株均为F基因型,各株间核苷酸最大差异为3.9%;与F基因型代表株WLZ1CNA95(兰州)、WSJ1CNA9(上海)核苷酸的最大差异分别为3.9%、7.7%;与其他各型(B^L)的核苷酸最大差异为17.7%;与疫苗株的基因差异为17.4%。[结论]2004年以来,山东省流行的MuV优势株为F基因型,未发现病毒基因型间变异,基因型内变异趋势明显。 [Objective]To study geographic distribution and circulation of MuV in Shandong. [Methods] In 2004 and 2007,Mump sera samples collected from the suspected patients in outbreak spots were laboratory diagnosed . Secretory iuice of gland duct samples were collected form the patients and strain isolation was conducted. SH gene order analysis was carried out for the strains isolated. [Results]2 MuV isolated in 2004 and 3 MuV isolated in 2007 were all certified as F genotype and showed 3.9% sequence divergence. Compared with the genes of the WLZ1CNA95 (Lanzhou) strain, the WSJlCNAg(Shanghai)strain, the other(B-L)stains and the vaccine strain, the divergence of nucleotide sequence were 3.9 %,7.7 %, 17.7 %, 17.4 %. [Conclusion]Since 2004, the wild type M uV isolated in Shandong were F Genotype, however, the trend of variation in tra-genotype increased.
