摘要
[目的]研究马齿苋提取物的抗炎消肿及镇痛作用.[方法]采用二甲苯及巴豆油致小鼠耳廓炎症的方法,观察马齿苋提取物对小鼠耳廓肿胀度的影响;采用扭体法和热板法,观察对小鼠镇痛作用的影响.[结果]大、中、小剂量马齿苋提取物对二甲苯及巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓炎症均有抑制作用,并可明显减少醋酸所致的小鼠扭体次数及热板法所致的小鼠舔足次数.[结论]马齿苋提取物具有抗炎消肿及镇痛作用.
OBJECTIVE To study the anti-inflammation and the analgesic effects of Purslane extract. METHODS The auricle inflammation models were made with xylene and croton oil to investigate the effects of Purslane extracton auricel swelling in mice. The acetic acid twisting body test and the hot-plate test were used for the study of analgesic effects of the ethyl acetate extract in mice. RESULTS The large, middle and small dose of Purslane extractcould inhibition effects on auricle swelling caused by xylene and croton oil in mice, and the times of swaying body by acetic acid and licking feet by method of hot-plate were reduced significantly. CONCLUSION Purslane extract has the anti-inflammation and the analgesic effects.
