摘要
针对我国中小企业生产规模小、核心竞争能力弱、资源整合手段缺乏等问题,利用Web Services技术完好的封装性、松散的耦合、使用协议的规范性、使用标准协议规范、高度可集成能力以及跨平台性和开放性等优点,提出了一种适合我国中小企业发展、以UDDI为设计核心的虚拟运营信息集成模型,并分析构建了包括捕捉市场机会、确定目标、成员伙伴选择、组织机构创建、运行维护和联盟解散等6个阶段的基于WebServices技术的虚拟运营企业模式。该虚拟运营模式消除了联盟企业因缺乏信任而导致的不稳定因素,克服了传统虚拟企业非优势能力闲置的问题,为中小企业实现资源整合提供了一种新的思路.
Directed towards the problems of small and medium enterprise such as the small production scale, the weakness of core competitiveness, and the lack of integration method of resource, taken advantages of characteristics of web service technique such as well-encapsulation, loose-coupling, normative of using protocol, using standard protocols and specifications, highly integrated ability, openness and cross-platform-ability, a UDDI design-centered virtual operation information integration model which meets the characters of small and medium enterprises is proposed. The implementation procedure of the establishment of virtual operation enterprise based on web services technique is analyzed. The procedure is divided into capturing market opportunities, setting a objective, selecting group member, establishing organization, operating maintenance, and dissolution of union 6 stages. The model eliminates some unstable factors because of lack of trust, overcomes the disadvantage idle capacity problems of traditional virtual enterprises, presents a new thought for small and medium enterprises to implement resource integration.
