水芹总酚酸治疗大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝的实验研究 被引量:11

The Study of Therapeutical Effect of Total Phenolic Acid Extracted from Oenanthe Javanica (Bl) DC on Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver in Rats

摘要 目的观察水芹总酚酸[total phenolic acid extracted from Oenanthe javanica(Bl)DC(OJTPA)],OJTPA对高糖高脂肪饲料诱导的大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝的治疗作用。方法用高糖高脂肪饲料喂养大鼠30d建立非酒精性脂肪肝模型,停止造模,分组并给药,连续给药4周,检测血清和肝脏中生化指标,做肝脏组织病理学检查。结果非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠经OJTPA治疗后,血清中TG含量和ALT活性显著降低(P<0.05);肝组织中TG、TC、MDA、FFA含量减少,SOD活力增加(P<0.05);肝细胞脂肪肝程度明显减轻,肝细胞坏死程度减轻。结论水芹总酚酸能降低高糖高脂肪饮食诱导的非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血液和肝脏中TG含量,对非酒精性脂肪肝有治疗作用,其作用机制可能与水芹总酚酸的抗氧化作用,减轻脂质过氧化引起的肝脏损伤,降低肝脏脂肪沉积有关。 Aim To observe the therapeutical effect of total phenolic acid extracted from Oenanthe javanica (B1) DC (OJTPA) on the non-alcoholic fatty liver. Methods A model of the non-alcoholic fatty liver was constructed by feeding rats with high glucose and fatty diet for 30days. The rats were then fed with normal diet, randomly divided into groups and given intragastric administration. The biochemical indicators in blood serum and hepatic tissue were detected. Hepatic histological observation was performed after four weeks. Results The content of TG and the activity of ALT in blood serum declined ( P 〈 0.05 ), so did the content of TG, TC, MDA while the activity of SOD in hepatic tissue increased in rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver after being treated with OJTPA for four weeks ( P 〈 0.05 ). The degree of hepatocyte fatty degeneration and hepatocyte necrosis obviously improved. Conclusion OJTPA can reduce the content of TG in blood serum and hepatic tissue in rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver induced by high glucose and high-fat diet, having therapeutical effect on the non-alcoholic fatty liver. The mechanism of action may be associated with OJTPA's antioxidation, lessened liver damage induced by lipid peroxidation and reduced fatty deposition in the liver.
