摘要
针对火电厂锅炉启动点火及低负荷助燃工况下耗油量大的问题,介绍了微油点火技术的特点及其在锅炉改造中的应用,对锅炉启动、低负荷运行的经济性进行计算和分析。通过分析可以看出,微油点火技术在火电厂锅炉上应用有很好的经济效益。
Aiming at the huge oil consumption of the thermal power plant under the igniting and low-load combustion-supporting conditions, this paper explains the characteristics of the micro-oil ignition technology and its application in the technological renovation of boilers, and it presents the economic computation and analysis on the boiler ignition and the low-load operation conditions. The analysis shows that application of the micro-oil ignition technology can bring about great benefits to the thermal power plant.
