摘要 概述了航天发射中低频振动环境的类型和特征,分析了低频振动环境与结构振动特性的关系及其对航天产品结构的影响和危害,研究了低频振动环境的模拟试验方法,提出了以六自由度电液式振动台进行系统级多轴低频振动环境试验以更真实地模拟产品实际使用环境的技术途径。 The types and characteristics of low-frequency vibration environment in aerospace launch are summarized- The relationship between the 1ow-frequency vibration environment and structural dynamic properties is anqlysed, as well as the low-frequency vibration environment could pose the effect and hazard to aerospace structure. The test methods for simulating low-frequency vibration environment are investigated- The technical way which uses the six degrees of freedom hydraulic vibration system to carry out the multiple-axis low-frequency vibration test for structural system is suggested, and this way can be more realistec to simulate the practical environment of aerospace products.
