Research progress of magnetic resonance spectroscopy in liver diseases

摘要 磁共振分子影像是利用磁共振成像的方法研究活体条件下生物细胞内在正常或病理状态下的分子过程的无创技术[1],磁共振波谱(MRS)作为一种新的磁共振分子影像技术,近年来正逐步应用于肝脏疾病的研究,如:定量分析脂肪肝的脂肪含量及其脂质组成;慢性肝病的早期诊断、严重程度的评估及病因学鉴别诊断;肝脏肿瘤的诊断、良恶性鉴别诊断、疗效评价等。 Magnetic resonance molecular imaging is a noninvasive technique investigating cellular molecular events involved in normal and pathologic process in vivo by nuclear magnetic resonance. As a new branch of magnetic resonance molecular imaging, magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) is being graduaily applied to the research of liver diseases recently: quantitative analysis of fat contents and lipid composition in fatty liver: early diagnosis, assessment of severity degree and differential diagnosis about etiology in chronic liver disease; diagnosis, differential diagnosis about benign and malignancy, evaluation of therapeutic effect in hepatic tumors.
