摘要
由于ATE软件系统与硬件设备结合紧密,对其进行软件测试不能照搬一般软件测试方法。结合ATE软件系统的特点和工作方式,研究了其软件的测试方法。按照软件测试的全程,主要从单元测试、集成测试、系统测试等多个层次进行研究和探讨。重点研究了单元测试过程中测试内容和测试用例的生成。介绍了自动测试在ATE软件系统测试方面的应用和所采用的自动测试工具。
The ATE software system has closely combined with hardware equipments, so the test for ATE software system is quite different from that of other conventional softwares. The test technology of ATE software system was studied based on its characteristics and functions. The study was carried out in the following aspects according to software test procedure： unit test, compositive test and system test. The content and test ease of unit test were studied in detail. The application of automatic test in ATE software system test and the automatic test tool were also introduced.
