芸香苷与甲基对硫磷对棉铃虫解毒酶的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过培养基混药法研究了芸香苷的诱导作用对棉铃虫羧酸酯酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶2种解毒酶的影响。芸香苷能够诱导棉铃虫羧酸酯酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的活性增加,并且随着取食代数的增加解毒酶的活性也不断提高。用不同剂量的甲基对硫磷处理芸香苷种群后,测定存活下来的棉铃虫羧酸酯酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的活性,结果选择剂量的甲基对硫磷能够使芸香苷种群棉铃虫两种解毒酶的活性大幅度提高。 The induction of rutin on the mid-gut detoxifying enzymes were investigated using method of mixtures of rutin and artificial diets. The specific activities of glutathion-S-trasferase and carboxylesterase from cotton bollworm fed on the artificial diet containing rutin is much higher than those fed on artificial diet. After the treatment with different dose of parathion-methyle on the F 3 generation population of cotton bollworms fed on rutin, the result showed that the selective dose of parathion-methyle made the activities of the two detoxifying enzymes much increasing.
