摘要
客房是高层宾馆的主体部分，客房的空调方式主要是风机盘管加独立新风系统。本文结合实际工程，在调查、测定、分析的基础上，对目前风机盘管系统设计中存在的５个较大问题（风机盘管机组的选用问题、凝结水排除问题、维修问题、噪声问题及新风口位置）及解决措施作了初步探讨。
Guestrooms are the main part of hotel.The keypart of air conditioning in guestroom is the fan-coil unit and new wind system.Based on investigation,measurment,analysis to a practical example,a study is made in this is paper to solve the problems such as the choice of fan-coil unit,cleaning condense water,maintenance,noise and place for mew wind.
