摘要
转子位置的准确检测是永磁同步电动机系统正常工作的前提。由于安装的误差会使位置传感器的零位产生偏差,进而引起转子位置检测的误差,严重时会影响电机正常工作。分析了存在位置传感器零位偏差时永磁同步电动机的电磁转矩,分析了基于电磁转矩模型的位置传感器零位偏差的估算原理,给出了实现方法。将该方法与转子预定位法相结合,解决了负载条件下永磁同步电动机位置传感器零位偏差估计的问题。实验结果表明所给出的方法具有较高的精度。
Rotor position of PMSM was exactly required for FOC control. The error of rotor position was caused by zero-position error of sensor. The torque model of PMSM was analyzed by considering rotor zero-position in this paper. A rotor zero-position error estimation method was presented based on the torque model. The principle and implementation strategy of method were analyzed. The pre-setting method was applied to implement the estimation with load. The effectiveness of the method was verified by experimental results.
