摘要
为了充分利用转炉钢渣,对陕西某公司的水焖钢渣进行了破碎-磨矿-磁选的工艺研究。结果表明,在磨矿粒度为-0.074mm粒级占65%时,选用XCRS型鼓形湿式弱磁选机,在磁场强度为0.175 T的条件下,可获得铁品位为50.56%,回收率为64.19%的铁精粉,充分回收利用了水焖钢渣中的金属铁。
To make full use of the water annealing steel slag from a Shanxi company, a flowsheet of crushing-grindingmagnetic separation was introduced. The results show that, using a XCRS-type drum wet low-intensity magnetic separator, with a grinding fineness of -0. 074 mm 65% , iron powder with a grade of S0.56% and a recovery of 64.19% can be reclaimed with a magnetic field intensity of 0. 175 T, which indicates that most of the iron metal in this water annealing steel slag was recovered using this technique.
