泥炭土基质对菠萝组培苗移栽成活率和植株生长的影响 被引量:5

摘要 将菠萝组培苗移栽到泥炭土基质和河沙基质中进行比较试验,结果表明:移栽后150 d,泥炭土和河沙2种基质处理的菠萝组培苗的根长差异不显著,但叶片数、叶长、株高、生根条数、根重及地上部重量差异极显著;移栽后60 d,泥炭土处理的组培苗成活率达96.3%,而河沙基质处理的组培苗成活率为81.7%,说明2种基质均可用作菠萝组培苗移栽后的栽培基质,但从综合效果来看以泥炭土基质较好。 In this triM, the growth situation of pineapple tissue culture seedlings transplanted in peaty soil and sand medium was compared. The result showed that there were significant differences in leaf account, leaf length, plant height, root account, root weight, and ground above weight of the pineapple seedlings after being transplanted into the two mediums for 150 days, except root length. The rate of living seedlings was 96.3% after being transplanted in peaty soil for 60 days, and sand medium was 81.7%. The result showed that both the two mediums can be used as the vegetable mediums of the transplanted pineapple tissue culture seedlings, but peaty soil was better according to the integrative effects .
