甲烷催化燃烧整体型催化剂研究进展 被引量:21

摘要 甲烷催化燃烧是一种高效率、低污染的能源利用和废气处理技术。该反应在高温、高空速下进行,对催化剂的结构和性质有特殊要求。整体型催化剂因压降低、催化效率高、机械强度和热稳定性好等特点,在甲烷催化燃烧反应中得到广泛应用。本文对贵金属、钙钛矿、六铝酸盐、金属复合氧化物四类整体型催化剂在甲烷催化燃烧中的应用进行了评述,包括各自优缺点、制备方法、最新进展等。最后,对该领域目前存在的问题和未来的研究方向进行了讨论。 Catalytic combustion of methane (CCM) is a high efficient and low-polluted technique for energy utilization and exhaust gas treatment. Monolithic catalysts, featured by low pressure drop, high activity, good mechanical strength and high thermal stability, meet the needs of CCM which is usually carried out at high temperature and with high space velocity. Four categories of monolithic catalysts applied in CCM, including noble metals, perovskite, hexaaluminate and compound metal oxides are reviewed on their merites and defects, preparation method and newest progresses. At last, the existed problems and future direction of CCM research are summarized with the suggested solutions.
