摘要
宣钢焦化厂新建3#、4#焦炉配套的粗苯洗涤系统由两塔式流程改为自主开发的低能耗一塔式流程后,轻苯回收率显著提高,吨轻苯耗水、耗蒸汽显著降低,取得了较好效果。
In the crude benzol system built for new 3# and 4# coking furnace in Coking Plant of Xuan Steel, the double - tower process is substituted by one - tower process, which is developed by ourselves and has low energy consumption, and consequently a good result got： recovery rate of light benzol obviously raised, consumption of water and vapor per ton of light benzol reduced.
