概述了单元生产的意义及优点,阐释了单元平衡率。并以某企业为例,详细介绍了提升单元平衡率在单元优化中的应用,既提供了一个单元优化的实践案例,又表明了单元平衡率提升可以作为单元优化的一个有力工具。
The article has expound Cell production and its advantage, as well as Cell balance rates.
