摘要
服务质量是图书馆生存和发展的根本,没有高质量的服务就不可能取得满意的服务效益,也难以体现图书馆的社会存在价值。通过黑龙江科技学院图书馆针对提高服务质量的工作实践,从4个方面对提升图书馆服务质量进行探讨。
Library service quality is the fundamental survival and development, No high-quality services it is impossible to achieve satisfactory service benefits, Libraries can hardly reflect the social value. Through the Heilongjiang Institute of Science and Technology Library of practice, and from four aspects to enhance the quality of library services.
