我院常见感染菌的分布及耐药结果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解我院感染细菌的分布及耐药趋势,为指导临床合理用药提供依据。方法对本院近3年各类细菌学标本分离出的主要病原菌,应用全自动鉴定及药敏测试仪及配套微生物检验试剂进行细菌鉴别、药敏试验和产酶菌检测。结果共分离出病原菌1825株,其中G-菌1254株,占68.7%;G+菌535株,占29.3%;真菌36株,占2.0%。G+菌中以葡萄球菌为主,其中甲氧西林耐药株分别占金黄色葡萄球菌和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的41.3%和64.0%,甲氧西林耐药株和甲氧西林敏感株对抗生素的耐药谱差异有显著性(P<0.01);G-菌主要有大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌和肺炎克雷伯菌,20.3%的大肠埃希菌和31.7%的肺炎克雷伯菌产生超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs),G-菌对多数抗生素耐药率较高,对碳青酶烯类药物耐药率最低,其次为头孢他啶。结论医院感染菌耐药问题严重,应从多个环节加强用药管理,以药敏试验结果指导或修正给药方案,有助于临床合理应用抗生素。
