摘要
疼痛被确认为继呼吸、脉搏、体温、血压4个生命体征之后的第5生命体征，“消除疼痛是患者的基本权力”。术后疼痛可对人体产生多种不良影响，正日益受到人们的关注。术后镇痛的方法多种多样，药物的研究日趋广泛。既要注重镇痛的效果，更要注重镇痛的质量。本文对疼痛的定义，术后疼痛控制的现状，常见的不良反应及处理进行了综述，以期对术后疼痛临床工作有一定的指导意义。
Pain is the fifth vital sign besides temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure, ＂relieving pain is the patient＇s essential right＂. The post-operative pain usually cause many adverse reaction,which was paid more attention by people increasingly. Nowadays, there are many methods of analgesics, and various drugs have been used in postoperative analgesia. The postoperative pain can cause many adverse reaction, which was paid close attention by people disservice and controlled, the adverse reaction of patient controlled analgesia pump and its disposal, to guide the clinical work of postoperative pain.
