摘要
通过对陕西地区发现的桃花水母进行形态学特征的初步探讨,得到的形态学特征为:生殖腺呈扁囊状,淡黄绿色;触手分为3级,主触手比其他两级长;平衡囊管型,数量在132～184之间;刺丝囊疣为乳突状,各环状疣间有明显间隔,似分节状,这些特征与已报道的有差异;并对得到的可量化数据进行了统计分析,结果显示伞径与触手及伞径与缘膜的关系均呈显著正相关性,伞径与平衡囊相关性不大.
According to the observation and identification of morphological characters of Craspedacusta from Shaanxi it has been found, that the morphological identification characters of the species included that gonads are slightly yellowish green and pocket-like; the tentacles are divided into three orders and per radial tentacles are longer than others; the statocysts are tubular; the nematocyst warts are papilla-shaped and with obvious interval between two ring wars as bamboo joints on the tentacle. These are different from others. According to the statistic results, there are significantly in linear positive correlations between the diameter of umbrella and the number of tentacle or the width of velum, but insignificantly in linear positive correlations between the diameter of umbrella and the number of statocyst.
