Influence of Turntable Precision on Automobile Light Distribution Detection

摘要 研究了转台精度对汽车车灯配光检测的影响。首先分析转台式车灯配光测试系统误差,建立误差传递函数,接着计算测试点的定位误差,最后修正测试点的角度后,测试车灯照度。结果表明,修正定位误差后,车灯照度精度最少可提高20%。转台角度精度是影响车灯配光检测精度的重要因素,定位修正可以提高测试精度。 Firstly, The author analyzes the error of turntable light distribution testing system, sets up the error transfer function. Then it calculates the positional error of testing spot and tests the illumination intensity after revising the angle of the spot. The results shows that the illumination intensity can be enhanced at least 20%, thus proves that the precision of turntable angle is the important factor influencing light distribution detection and positional revising can raise the testing precision.
