摘要
酯交换是油脂改性主要方法之一,应用催化剂可降低反应温度,加快反应速度。该文主要对油脂酯交换催化剂研究进展进行综述。
Transestcrification is one of main method of oil modification. Catalysts are used to decrease reaction temperature, accelerate reaction velocity. This paper provides an overview on the progress in oil and fat transesterification catalysts.
