摘要
目的利用核不育莜麦ZY基因做为桥梁品种,培育优质高蛋白燕麦新品种,即对莜麦核不育基因在燕麦育种上的应用效果进行探索性研究.方法选用本单位1996年发现的莜麦核不育材料ZY基因,采用多亲本复合杂交方法,父本是"四倍体大燕麦与六倍体莜麦品种578"的后代"S109",经幼胚培养,冬季温室繁殖加代和人工辅助授粉等方法育成燕麦新品种"冀张燕一号".结果该品种的蛋白质含量高达18.10%,脂肪含量7.84%,一般旱地种植籽实产量在3266.06 kg/hm2,最高可达4206.75 kg/hm2,比对照"马匹牙"、"红旗2号"分别增产18.62%和10.96%;生物产量在两年的区试中均居首位,一般旱地种植8014.88kg/hm2,比对照"红旗2号"增产20.29%.且抗旱耐瘠性强,是河北北部张、承两市及华北同类型区旱地条件下种植的优良新品系.结论"冀张燕1号"燕麦新品种是国内外首次利用核不育莜麦ZY基因育成的燕麦品种,该品种的育成,标志着莜麦显性核不育在燕麦育种上的成功.
Objective Using dominant genic sterility gene as bridge variety to breed high protein and high quality new oat variety, that is the research of application of naked oat dominant genic sterility gene in oat breeding. Methods Using the dominant genic sterility gene material ZY gene found in 1996, with the method of multi-parents composite crossing. The male parent is the progeny of Tetraploid Avena Magna× Hexaploid naked oat variety 578, after immature embryo culture, propagation to plus generation in green house in winter and artificial pollination ect. Breeded new oat variety "Ji-Zhang-Yan No. 1". Results The protein of this variety could be as high as 18.10%, and the contain of fat could be 7.84%. Generally the yield of this variety was about 3266.06kg/hm^2 planted in dry land, and the highest yield of it could reach to 4206.75kg/hm^2, increased by 18.62% and 10. 96% than that of control "Ma-Pi-Ya" and "Hong-Qi No. 2" respectively. Biomass of "Zhang-Yan No. 1" was the highest in two years" regional test. Generally it was about 8014.88kg/hm^2, increased by 20.29% than that of control "Hong-Qi No. 2", It resisted drought, lodge, salt and alkali, so it was a good variety suit able for planting in Zhangjiakou and Chengde and the area of same style. Conclusion New oat variety "Ji-Zhang-Yan No. 1" is the first oat variety breeded with genic male sterile ZY gene home and abroad, this marks a success of dominant genic sterility in oat breeding.
