摘要
文章以工程量清单计价模式为核心,通过对工程项目的招投标前期准备阶段、招投标阶段、工程实施阶段的造价控制的内容和方法进行分析,指出了在各阶段容易出现的问题,认为必须要坚持全过程造价控制的基本原则和方法,在工程建设的各个阶段采取适合新的计价模式的造价控制方法,使业主在工程建设的各个阶段搞好工程造价控制;同时还指出,由于我国的工程量清单计价还处于起步阶段,许多理论还没有真正完善,应尽快建立和完善与之相适应的配套制度。
The paper analyzes the ways for cost control during stage before bid-invitation, stage of bid-invitation and stage of construction under priced bill of quantities; esteems cost control throughout the construction process; raises ways of cost control that are suitable to the new evaluation model. And meanwhile it also points out that bid evaluation with priced bill of quantities is still in its infancy and the theory should be further developed.
