The Relationship between Indoor Air Pollution of Biofuel Smoke Particle and Disease of Respiratory System

摘要 本文综述了国内外室内生物燃料烟雾颗粒物污染源的种类,烟雾中有害物质的种类及其与呼吸系统疾病的关系,并以慢性阻塞性肺病作为案例阐述了其发病的病因,为制定该类由生物燃料烟雾颗粒诱发的疾病的预防策略提供参考。 This review summarized the types of biofuel and the kinds of noxious substance in biofuel smoke particle in the world. It reviewed the relationship between indoor air pollution from biomass fuel smoke particle and the disease of respiratory system, and introduced its pathogenic mechanism. The aetiology, pathology and outcome characters and the pathogenesy of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) from biomass fuel smoke pollution were analyzed in detail. This paper was expected to provide information for the prevention and therapy of the COPD.
