摘要
采用搅拌磨制备磷渣超细粉,并对其进行了粉磨动力学的研究,导出了磷渣超细粉的粉磨速度方程。试验结果表明:磨后粉体的比表面积、特征粒径和均匀性系数与粉磨时间的对数或双对数呈线性关系。粉磨时间在0—75 min时,粉磨效率较高,比表面积增幅较快,而电耗增幅较缓。
By laboratory stirred mill, the grinding dynamic feature of phosphorous slag has been studied in the experiment, from which relational grinding rate equations of phosphorous slag have been present. The experimental results indicate that the specific surface area, the characteristic diameter and the homogeneity factor of the ground phosphorous slag powder are in lineal relation with logarithmic or log-log-arithmic of grinding time. Grinding efficiency is higher before 75 min, which the specific surface area gets higher and consumption of electric power gets smaller with the increasing of time.
