后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的治疗 被引量：5

Treatment of tibial avulsion fractures of the posterior cruciate ligament

摘要 随着交通事故发生率增加，后交叉韧带损伤机会明显增多。后交叉韧带损伤后选择手术治疗的指征严格，后抽屉试验在Ⅱ度以内建议保守治疗，Ⅲ度损伤才建议手术重建修复。但后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折引起的膝关节后向不稳，一般认为需早期手术治疗，将骨折复位内固定，可获得较好的临床结果。膝关节后关节囊显露多采用通过膝关节后方“S”形切口，手术创伤大，有损伤神经血管的风险，我们采用膝后内侧切口显露后交叉韧带胫骨附着点骨折块，用螺钉或爱惜康5号线固定骨折块，手术创伤小，获得较好的临床结果，报告如下。
