摘要
目的:制备以果胶钙为载体材料,芦丁为模型药物的骨架型结肠定位小丸,并考察其体外释放特征。方法:采用液中固化法制备果胶钙骨架型小丸并优化其工艺参数,以紫外分光光度法测定其体外释放度。结果:制备芦丁果胶钙小丸的最佳工艺参数:氯化钙质量分数为10%,钙化时间为2h,低甲氧基果胶质量分数为5%。所得小丸初步具备结肠定位释药系统的特征。结论:以果胶钙为载体材料采用液中固化法制备结肠定位小丸工艺可行。
OBJECTIVE To prepare calcium pectinate colon-specific pellets with rutin as the model drug and study its in vitro release property. METHODS Rutin calcium pectinate pellets were prepared by in-liquid solidifying method, the best parameters were chosen and its release properties in different media was evaluated. RESULTS The best parameters were 2 h in 10% CaCl2 solution with 5% solution of low methoxy pectins. The pellets had the characteristics of colon-specific delivery system. CONCLUSION The preparing technology with calcium pectinate as the colon-specific delivery carrier is feasible.
