摘要
以一艘载重量27000t散货船为例,根据CCS《散货船结构强度直接计算指南》(2003)对该船的货舱区进行了有限元分析,发现底边舱强框架的应力超过许用标准,进而对底边舱强框架的附近区域进行了网格细化分析,得出了一种较优的设计方案。
Taking an example of 27 000 DWT bulk carrier, the 3-dimensional FE model was built for strength direct analysis with the cargo structure according to the Guide of Structural Strength Direct Analysis of the Bulk Carrier of CCS. Because the stresses in the hopper webs were greater than the allowable stress, the refined mesh was used to analyze the structural strength in detail. According to the stress results,a optimum structural design plan was reached for the hopper webs which can fulfills the requirements demanded.
