摘要
目的:观察中小学生群体的心理健康状态。方法:采用分层二阶段整群抽样的原则,抽样得到3个省份的5421名中小学生作为该心理健康状况的调查对象。采用症状自评量表SCL-90对中小学生进行心理健康状态调查。结果:女生多数因子及总得分均高于男生。年级越高,心理健康状态越差。重点学校学生的各项得分均显著高于普通学校学生,普通学校学生的学习成绩越差,心理问题越严重。各项心理健康状态因子得分和总得分在城乡之间的差异均有统计性意义,农村学生的心理问题更严重。结论:学生作为特殊群体,其心理素质教育仍需进一步完善,有针对性得为不同类型的学生提供有个性化的心理咨询服务。
Objective: To study the mental health conditions of Chinese primary and middle school students. Methods: 5421 primary and middle school students were got with two-staged sampling method in three provinces, whose mental health conditions were assessed with Symptom Checklist 90. Results: Most item scores and the total score were higher in female than in male. The elder the students were, the worse their mental health conditions. All scores were higher in key school students than in common ones. All item scores and the total score were higher in rural students than in urban ones. Conclusion: The students need be paid more attention to about their mental health education.
