摘要
采用多功能气体渗氮炉,试验研究了加压气体渗氮和氮碳共渗的工艺特性。结果表明,随着炉内压力的提高,氨分解率降低,氨消耗量减少,工艺效果明显增强。渗氮速度比常规工艺提高60%,并在大装炉量(130m2/m3)和较高温度(680℃)下,气体氮碳共渗均可获得优良渗层。
This paper discusses the technological specificity of gas nitriding and nitrocarburizing under the pressure by means of multifunctional gas nitriding furnace.The results show that with the increase of the pressure in furnace,both the rate of ammonia decomposition and ammonia consumption decrease.The effect of technology is also enhanced markedly.Compared with usual technology,the nitriding speed is increased by 60%.Under the big loading volume (130m2/m3)and the higher temperature (680℃),the excellent layers are obtained.
