摘要
用人工消化法对南昌县鱼塘常见的6种鱼354份样品进行华支睾吸虫囊蚴检测,有4个乡镇的20尾淡水鱼囊蚴检测阳性,阳性率为5.65%(20/354)。其中麦穗鱼的感染率最高,为14.58%;鲫鱼的感染率最低,仅为1.92%。草鲩、乌鳢、银飘鱼和黄颡鱼囊蚴阳性率分别为7.69%、7.14%、6.58%和5.00%。健康教育和健康促进是控制和阻断华支睾吸虫病在南昌县传播和流行的重要措施。
Six species of common freshwater fish collected from the pounds in Nanchang County were digested by artificial stomach liquid and examined for the encysted metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensis. The encysted metacercaria of C. sinensis were found in the twenty fish of freshwater fishes collected from the above four villages and towns, and the infection rate of samples was 5. 65%(20/354). The infection rate varied in different fish, being highest in Pseudorasbora parva (14.58% ), and being lowest in Carassius auratus (1.92 % ). The infection rates of the other four species of freshwater fish including Ctenopharyngodon idellu, Ophicephalus argus, Pseudoleubuca sinensis bleeker and Pseudobagrus fulvldraco were 7.69%, 7. 14%, 6. 58% and 5.00%, respectively. Health Education and Health Promotion should be taken to control the transmission and spread of Clonorchiasis by the local department at present.
