杞黄颗粒中挥发油提取和β-CD包合工艺的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的考察杞黄颗粒中挥发油的最佳提取工艺和β-CD最佳包合工艺。方法采用单因素以收油率作为评价提取工艺的指标;以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率的综合评分作为评价包合工艺的指标优选β-CD包合工艺。结果挥发油最佳提取工艺为:莪术加水6倍量,浸泡12 h,提取6 h;挥发油的最佳包合工艺为采用饱和水溶液法在一般温度下β-CD与挥发油的配比为6∶1,水与挥发油的配比为60∶1,包合时间为45 min。结论所选提取工艺提取率高,包合工艺合理可行。 Objective To study the optimum conditions for the extraction of volatile oil in Qihuang Granule, and for the prepara- tion of their β- CD inclusion compounds. Methods The study was carried out with single factor . With the percentages of extrac- ted volatile oil as the target markers ,the optimum conditions was determined for extraction of the volatile oil. With the ratio of in- clusion and the oiling hearing from the inclusion as the target marker the conditions for including the oils with β - CD were opti- mized. Results The optimized extraction conditions were : the water was 6 times of the herbs in weight, the herbal medicine of Rhi- zoma Curcurnae should be extracted for 6 h after advanced soaking 12 hours with water. The optimal inclusion conditions were:ap- plying the saturated aqueous solution method, under the nature temperature, the proportion of β- CD and oil was 6 g: 1 ml, the proportion of water and oil was 60 ml : 1 ml , the time was 45 minutes, respectively. Conclusion The established process can be used for the extraction and the inclusion of volatile oil in Qihuang Granule. The obtained ratio of oil is high,the inclusion process is suitable.
